In previous positions as heads of Legal departments, authorized legal representatives and/or members of the Managerial Board, we have successfully initiated, supported and implemented diverse projects and processes. Accordingly, our approach is deeply informed by the overall legal responsibility entrusted to us by internationally active companies. Serving in these prominent positions at well-known companies has allowed us to develop a comprehensive business law approach and to gather considerable practice-relevant experience over the years – offering a parallel and complement to our specialization.

Our MBA backgrounds also help us to see “the big picture” and to use our familiarity with practical business processes to suitably position legal solutions within their respective business contexts. Employing this multi-layer approach – in contrast to the strictly legal-focused view all too often encountered in dealings with specialized external legal advisors – allows us to create unique added value for our clients.
